Established in 2015 by Surafel Tadesse Taye, Art Lands provides architectural, engineering, landscaping, and construction services from Addis Ababa and UAE. Since 2020 the company has been giving architectural and engineering services for projects mainly located in Germany; additionally, in southern Europe and the Middle East, this service has been given in partnership with the company Fichtner GmbH & Co. KG located in Stuttgart, Germany.
Our diverse portfolio spans Africa’s largest greenery project across 16 towns in the Oromya region, nationwide housings for the Ministry of Defense, and major riverside developments in collaboration with Addis Ababa University. We specialize in bringing sophisticated, environmentally responsible solutions to single and multiple housings, industry parks, historical restorations, and commercial complexes up to 20 hectares. We ensure remarkable quality from inception to implementation. Art Lands develops environmentally responsible spaces from concept to implementation, balancing design quality, engineering clarity, construction discipline, and long-term ecological value.
